We do not store card details or share these details with any third party.
If an order has been placed and we are unable to fulfil the shipment, we may send part of the order dependant on stock, or cancel the order. We are not responsible for incorrect delivery address filled out upon payment and are therefore not obligated to resend the item at our expense. The delivery address cannot be changed once shipment is in process. Delivery times may vary as we rely on various methods of delivery. Next day delivery does not include Saturday and Sunday, orders placed on these days will be shipped on Monday for a Tuesday delivery date. We endeavour to ship all orders within 1 working day, but this may be extended to one week during busy periods. If an order has been placed and one or more items is out of stock, we may ship the order with substitutes, or ship the missing items at a later date when they become available.
Locations that are excluded from the standard DPD delivery prices will incur an extra fee. Guarantees on delivery time cannot be made unless otherwise stated in writing. In order to confirm that an item has been lost in shipping we must wait 15 working days (3 weeks) before claiming the cost of shipping against the courier. Lost items due to an incorrect delivery address are not our responsibility.
**We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday, any orders made after 1pm on Friday will be shipped on Monday.**
Our return policy does not apply to concentrates that have been opened as this constitutes as a health and safety risk.
